These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Still.Style website and the purchase of products from us.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website.

Still.Style operates in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) of South Africa.

3. Nature of Products

Still.Style sells curated second-hand clothing and accessories.

All items are:

• Pre-owned unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Individually inspected
• Photographed and described as accurately as possible

Due to the nature of second-hand goods, minor signs of wear may be present.

4. Product Descriptions & Condition

• We make every reasonable effort to:
• Accurately describe garments
• Disclose visible flaws
• Provide measurements
• Grade items according to our condition guide

Customers are responsible for reviewing:

• Measurements
• Condition grading
• Descriptions
• Photographs

Colour variations may occur due to screen display differences.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

• Change pricing at any time
• Correct pricing errors
• Cancel orders arising from pricing inaccuracies

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

We use secure third-party payment providers. Still.Style does not store card details.

6. Orders & Acceptance

An order is only confirmed once:

• Payment has been successfully received, and
• You receive a confirmation email

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order
• Cancel orders where fraud or misuse is suspected

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines provided are estimates only.

Still.Style is not liable for delays caused by:

• Courier services
• Force majeure events
• Incorrect address details provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery information is accurate.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of second-hand goods, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Fit or preference
• Change of mind
• Minor wear consistent with condition grading

The only return accepted is if an incorrect item was sent.

In such cases:

• Notification must be made within 48 hours of delivery
• The item must be returned in original condition
• Photographic evidence may be required

Upon verification, we will issue a refund or send the correct item.

Return shipping costs will be covered by Still.Style in this instance.

9. Consumer Protection

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights afforded to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.

Where goods are materially defective and not disclosed, remedies available under the CPA will apply.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

• Images
• Branding
• Logos
• Text
• Product photography

is the property of Still.Style and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

Still.Style shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss
• Loss of income or profits
• Damage arising from misuse of products

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
